The CBT Advanced Certification is a structured three-month program designed for learners who already have a basic understanding of psychology and counselling and want to develop a deeper understanding of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

The program focuses on moving beyond basic CBT concepts towards case formulation, treatment planning, advanced cognitive and behavioural techniques, clinical case discussions and practical skill development.

Through interactive sessions, guided self-learning, worksheets, case-based assignments and practical activities, participants get an opportunity to understand how CBT concepts can be applied to different client concerns.

Practical Work

Practical learning is an important part of the three-month program.

Participants will be required to complete:

  • 5 CBT Worksheets

  • 5 Cognitive Formulations

  • 3 Detailed CBT Case Reports

  • 2 Complete Treatment Plans

  • 1 Case Presentation

  • 1 Final Viva

The practical activities are designed to help participants understand how CBT concepts can be organised and applied to individual cases.
