Refund Policy
1. General Policy
Our counselling and psychological consultation services involve the allocation of professional time, preparation, and scheduling commitments. By booking a session through our website or platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
Payments made for scheduled sessions are considered confirmation of booking and agreement to these terms.
2. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling
a) Cancellation by Client

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session may be eligible for:

One-time rescheduling without additional charges, or
-
A refund after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are generally non-refundable, as the time slot has been reserved exclusively for the client.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (“No-Show”) will result in no refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Duplicate payment made due to technical error

Payment deducted but session not confirmed

Session cancelled by the psychologist or organisation
In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date by contacting us at:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.
4. Cancellation by Psychologist / Organisation
If a session is cancelled or rescheduled by the psychologist due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may choose:

A rescheduled appointment, or
-
A full refund (without service deductions)
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:

Completed counselling sessions
-
Missed appointments (No-Show cases)

Digital resources, downloadable materials, or assessment tools once accessed

Emergency bookings cancelled within 24 hours
6. Package Sessions (If Applicable)
If session packages are offered:

Refund requests for unused sessions will be calculated proportionately.

Administrative charges may apply.

Once a session within a package is used, that session fee is non-refundable.
7. Processing of Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original mode of payment only.
The organisation is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to refunds shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of [Insert City/State].
